Terms and Conditions of Sale

Application	These terms and Conditions shall apply to all sales of goods by The Wine Seller and the placing of an order with The Wine Seller shall be deemed to be acceptance by the Buyer of these Terms and Conditions.
Price	All orders are subject to availability of stock and prices are subject to change without notification. This Price List cancels all previously issued Price Lists. Vintages may vary from price list vintage.
Delivery	All orders carry a delivery charge of €12
VAT	All prices listed, including delivery, are Inclusive of V.A.T. @ 21%.
Currency	All prices listed are "Euro price per bottle" unless specified otherwise
Title	Title in the goods shall be retained by The Wine Seller until payment in full has been received. In the event of non-payment by the Buyer by the due date, The Wine Seller shall be entitled, in addition to all other rights, to enter any premises where the goods may be and recover possession of such goods.
Terms	All terms are strictly C.O.D. unless previously agreed with The Wine Seller. Interest will be charged on all overdue accounts.
Claims	Shortages, pilferage, breakage and non-delivery: No claim can be entertained unless notified to the carrier and The Wine Seller within three (3) days of receipt or seven (7) days from dispatch. All defective goods must be held for inspection.
